Nature is one of man's most beautiful gifts.  Whether it be the first stirrings of Spring, or the changing leaves of Autumn, there's nothing man could create that can match the Magesty of Nature.  A garden in the rain produces vivid colours and a clean fresh scented air that you can still recall upon looking at the photographs some time later.  You can still hear the rain as it taps your umbrella and drips and gathers on leaves and in flowers, pooling and then dropping to the earth.  Photography is at it's best when all the senses are involved.

The season changes are my favourite times of the year.  From the first snowflakes to the warming of the earth at planting time, and from summer's rich growth to bountiful harvest time, the opportunities to admire growth and change surround us.  Where the sky and the Great Lakes meet, the mood is ever-changing...at times stormy, bright, colourful, clear, choppy, grey, or expansive...it's never the same for two hours at a time.

You just can't beat Mother Nature for entertainment!
